With local, state, and federal governments as South Florida’s largest land owners, opportunities often arise for public entities to collaborate with private enterprise.  When these interests align, PPPs can improve under-used real estate to generate much-needed revenue for municipalities and simultaneously contribute jobs and profits to the private sector. Our panel of experts will explore these public-private partnerships from municipal, legal, and financial perspectives, and discuss the challenges and rewards in public-private investment.
