The Spring Leadership Summit in Oklahoma City was amazing with almost 400 attendees. The professional development speaker, Merrick Rosenberg, CEO, Take Flight Learning, shared insights regarding the four birds – Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl. These four birds symbolize different behavioral characteristics and leadership styles. We learned how to be flexible and adaptable depending on your style while staying true to yourself. If you have a chance, check out his recent book, The Chameleon. The Chapter to Chapter discussions were full of inspiration and knowledge exchange. CREW Network President Alyssa Dangler brought Chapter Presidents together for a fun and lively dinner.
CREW Miami was recognized for meeting the Foundation Trifecta. This involved a Chapter donation, 100% donation from the Board and 50% donation from our members. Thanks to all our members that donated and a special thank you to Dr. Andrea Heuson for her contribution. Achieving Trifecta was a group effort led by our Chapter Champions – Josie Correa and Marti Mang. As a result, 30 scholarship recipients are being announced this week. Scholars receive a $5,000 for tuition and books, paid summer internship opportunity, complimentary 24 month CREW Network student membership, complimentary registration to the 2023 CREW Network Convention, plus a travel stipend for expenses related to event up to $1,000 and a six-month mentoring opportunity with a senior leader in commercial real estate. Our very own Keren Marti is part of the 2023 Scholarship Selection Committee with Network. Thank you Keren for your involvement and congratulations to the scholarship recipients.

th CREW Visionary inductee. Congratulations Traci and thank you CREW Network for a fantastic Summit!
