By registering for CREW Miami events, you are giving permission for CREW to use any photographs or videos taken at the event on its website or in promotional materials without compensation. You understand that CREW owns all photographs and videos taken at the event.
Unless stated otherwise on the specific event's webpage, the following policy is true for all CREW Miami events.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled event if you are unable to attend for whatever reason. Cancellation must be completed by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The name and date of the event as well as your contact information must be provided. Failure to properly cancel will result in your forfeiting the fees paid for the event. By registering for this event, you understand that should you cancel in the manner noted herein, it will not result in a refund. Instead, CREW Miami will place a credit on your account which can be used toward another CREW Miami even occurring within 12 months of the event you are cancelling for. In order to take advantage of the credit, you must notify us by email (email@example.com) of the event you wish to attend at least 24 hours prior to the event. If availability exists for that event, the credit will be applied and you will be registered subject to CREW Miami receiving payment for any difference in registration fees between the new event and your credit. Alternatively, rather than cancel your attendance at the event, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another attendee at least 24 hours prior to the event by notifying CREW Miami via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). In the unlikely event that CREW Miami should have to cancel the event, you will have the option of a full refund or a credit toward another program in the same manner as noted above.
